Tours
Visitors to Narrapumelap Historic Homestead are given a comprehensive guided tour of the mansion with stories of the original owner's personal history and descriptions of the important features of the house along with a commentary on the epic journey of the house’s restoration. As recently as the 1980s Narrapumelap was considered beyond restoration, visitors will be amazed by the turn around in the homestead’s fortunes.
All tours are strictly by appointment only and subject to availability. Bus tours can be catered for anytime during the year, and smaller groups are also welcome to book a tour.
Open days occur twice yearly. At Easter on the Sunday and Monday (10.30am- 5.30pm) with another chance to visit later in the year on the weekend before the Melbourne Cup on Saturday and Sunday (10.30am- 5.30pm), with entry fees applicable on all days.
